Reel Time #1 is a 7.4m Seatamer and comfortably carries eight passengers for larger groups or just more room for a smaller group.

Reel Time #2 is a 6.8m Noble that comfortably seats six passengers and plenty of room with a convenient walk-around deck.

Keep in mind that if you have a larger group (up to 14 people), you can book both boats and fish side by side or go your seperate ways and have a bit of a 'fish-off'.

Dependent on other bookings, you can book the boat for an extended trip for an extra $110 per hour.

Yes, as long as they are supervised by a parent/guardian. We believe that kids are the future of fishing and we certainly encourage them to get into the sport! However, children under 7 years of age are not recommended for their own sake.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own gear, but there really is no need as Reel Time provides all the best gear that is suitable to the job at hand.

Absolutely not!

It is considered an insult to the skipper and strictly prohibited on Reel Time Fishing Charters. If the skipper has suspicions that a GPS is being used, the charter will immediately cease and all monies paid will be non-refundable.  

Yes, however, we do have a two can limit as you need to be alert and of sound judgement whenever you are on the water.

No, you will need to bring your own food & drink. 

Reel Time #1 has a private, plumbed toilet in the cabin.

Reel Time #2 has a portable toilet in the cabin.

No, we are prohibited from cleaning fish in the bay or at the Carrum boat ramp as they have no cleaning tables for environmental reasons.

There is no easy way to answer this question as there are so many variables that can affect the day such as wind, air pressure and moon phase. The 'best time' to fish changes from week to week.

With the exception of breeding gummy sharks (usually 15+kg), which are released.
